Save wasted trips
Check the tank from your phone before you drive out, send someone, or change the day's plan.
Solar cellular tank monitoring
WTFNOW uses a solar-powered radar monitor with direct cellular connectivity to send tank readings every 15 minutes. No site WiFi, no gateway, and no drive-by checks just to see what is in the tank.
15-minute readings. Solar onboard. Radar sensing. Direct cellular.
Why it matters
WTFNOW is built for people who need practical water visibility without turning tank checks into another job.
Check the tank from your phone before you drive out, send someone, or change the day's plan.
Frequent readings make drops, refills, and unusual movement easier to see.
Owners, staff, family, or contractors can see the same tank without per-user fees.
The unit
The unit sits on the tank, measures the water level with radar, and sends readings through its own cellular connection. The solar panel keeps the device practical for regular 15-minute reporting.
How it works
Fit the solar radar unit to the top of the tank with the sensor aimed at the water surface.
Add the device to your WTFNOW account and set the tank details for accurate litre readings.
WTFNOW records level changes through the day so you can see use, fills, and current status.
In the app
The dashboard is designed around the questions users actually ask: how much water is left, what changed today, did it fill, and do I need to act?
Installation
Usually the simplest install. Choose the solar position before marking or drilling the lid.
Mark the screw holes first, then cut the centre sensor opening so dust does not hide the marks.
Set the full and empty distances in WTFNOW so the app can convert sensor distance into litres.
